In case you are not eligible for Parents and Grand Parents Permanent Residence Sponsorship application, there is another way-out to bring your parents to Canada for longer than 6 months.
To be eligible you must:
Be a parent or grand parent of Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
Have a signed invitation letter from your child or grandchild
Have a medical insurance from Canadian Insurance Company valid for 1 year and at-least cover $100,000.
Your sponsor should be able to prove that he/she can meet the minimum necessary income requirement and must submit NOA for recent year, current paystubs, Bank statements and employment confirmation letter.
IRCC officers also consider applicant’s ties to home country, purpose of travel and overall economic conditions in home country.
